An independent English companion to Qaztarrr’s browser survival game at asciilands.io. This is an unofficial guide, not the game developer, game host or an official wiki.
Asciilands Field Guide covers Qaztarrr’s game at asciilands.io. We are not the developer, an official wiki, a game host or a customer-support service. The Play links take you directly to the official game.
How the guides are checked
Mechanics were reviewed on October 23, 2026 against the official website, FAQ and published in-game help. The relevant help topics are listed at the end of each guide. We also checked the current Frontier Field Guide checklist and visible game interface. This was a documentation review, not a claim that every recipe, battle or account flow was independently playtested.
Exact numbers are included where the current help states them. Where an overview does not state a recipe yield, price or timing, we direct you to the live interface. Walkthrough order, budgeting suggestions and group-planning advice are our editorial recommendations.

Open beta and changing information
The official site currently highlights the Frontier update, including farming and town upkeep. Older catalogue descriptions may reflect earlier versions. For example, the current introductory checklist contains seven steps, while an older listing describes eleven. We use the checked primary source and explain material differences.
If your live recipe or menu differs, follow the game’s current instructions. A “checked” date records when we reviewed a source; it does not mean the developer guarantees that rule will remain unchanged.
Artwork and attribution
The landscape, icons and diagrams are original text artwork made for this guide. They are illustrative and are not screenshots, an official world map or copied game assets. The trailer thumbnail belongs to its publisher and is used to identify the linked video. Asciilands and its associated game content belong to their respective owners.
Editorial coverage
Read the beginner guide, look up controls, follow crafting and building progression, learn combat and town systems, or search the FAQ. The guide includes a local beginner checklist, controls filters, a crafting explorer and a town upkeep calculator.
The guide does not claim a complete item database, tested damage tables or a comprehensive spell catalogue. Walkthrough order and budgeting suggestions are editorial advice. The artwork is illustrative, not a game screenshot or world map.
